After my last post, I took the liberty of doing the naughty that is smoking and continued for about 3 days worth from the Sunday to the Tuesday, Since Wednesday I have been smoke-free, but have had some thoughts as to buy some as I was getting bored and some habits die hard.<\/p>\n
Since now it is the early hours of Saturday I feel that I am getting somewhere where I want to go and that is to do a whole month of the nasty habit and continue from there.<\/p>\n
