From the first day I started to smoke, I became increasingly addicted to smoking. But for some time now, I have felt the need to quit smoking, and I nearly did this seven years ago. But since I took a puff of a cigarette, I thought I could still go without if I had only had one. But boy, was I mistaken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For these seven years, I have just continued to smoke or made some effort into vaping. I have had a few hours to a few days done here and there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But if I continue to smoke, I know that it will have an adverse effect on me in the future. Meaning I will see to have had a smoking-related disease. And I do not want to go down that road. I know that since my very first cigarette, it did something terrible to my lungs. Yet sometimes, when I inhale smoke, I feel a burning sensation at the back of my throat. And I do not like this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
