Over the past 2 months, I have been enjoying both vaping and smoking, but the former mostly. As I have reduced the amount I have been smoking. Aswell as doing 2-5 days on an average week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My smoking has reduced significantly and when I do smoke, I initially regret doing so. But since Vaping, I still cough, but not as much as I would when smoking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I now would like to say that I have smoked 1\/3 of last month. And still hoping to reduce further, even if I am vaping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I had my last puff of an actual cigarette just before the end of January 2025 at midnight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So now my journey starts when vaping for the 1st of February 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
