Hello all, long time since I last updated this blog, but here goes, I just cannot get passed the 3 week mark, as I tend to have a cigarette to celebrate my achievement. But in saying this I find myself at a loss, as I would normally do about a week without smoking and then when I have a cigarette, I follow that up by having more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I am stupid in thinking that I can have just the one, when I was doing so well. This then leads to me having about a packet or more during the following days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I will one day find that I can last a year or longer without smoking. But for the time being, I have done more weeks without smoking than smoking itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So I will continue my journey in trying to be a none smoker and to prove to myself that I can live without smoking for the long run in and to never ever put one to my lips again.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
