Hi all, its been a while since I last spoke to you. And I have been making tremendous efforts in my quitting the cigarettes. The maximum lately has been 3 weeks without smoking, and that has been done numerous times since I started last year in April.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I would have done more but we had our windows smashed by the next door neighbour, yet until recently I have passed the 3 weeks mark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I Quit smoking on the 19th of January at 12 PM mid afternoon, this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
