It’s a long time comming

For the past 3 months, I have been Vaping for many days, then going back to smoking, as the furthest I have done is 5 days 11 hours.

This is not due to vaping being inadequate but to my own necessity of having just one. Then that leads to another and another.

Overall, I Quit again on the 3rd of March 2025 @ 4 PM or 16:00 hours.

Mainly due to my coughing fits, but I like the taste of flavours more than burning tobacco.

Soon to be?

During the coming months I will be Vaping Indefinitely, as I need to have Nicotine in my system.

The reason being is that no matter how many cigs I have, I find myself passing out more often, and frequently. Ok I still do this on the vape, but it is in no way worser than smoking, and only pass out when starting from scratch.

My Journey Starts NOW!!!!

Over the past 2 months, I have been enjoying both vaping and smoking, but the former mostly. As I have reduced the amount I have been smoking. Aswell as doing 2-5 days on an average week.

My smoking has reduced significantly and when I do smoke, I initially regret doing so. But since Vaping, I still cough, but not as much as I would when smoking.

I now would like to say that I have smoked 1/3 of last month. And still hoping to reduce further, even if I am vaping.

I had my last puff of an actual cigarette just before the end of January 2025 at midnight.

So now my journey starts when vaping for the 1st of February 2025.

I will beat this addiction to smoking, with me trying again to Quit.

Since my last post, I had lasted nearly 5 days without smoking. But, had smoked over a week.

Now I am about to go into my 4th day in about 4 hours time.

I have already done 2 days and 20 hours and 25 minutes so far.

But what I am lacking is my will power for starters, I will need to keep myself busy doing some stuff, without the need to clock watch.

I will start now. But I did Quit again as of the 14th of January 2024 @ 00:00:00 Midnight.

New Year, New Conditioning.

For the coming year I have vowed to myself not to smoke anymore and to just Vape. This is because Cigarettes are getting too damn expensive. And for not being able to enjoy it, I would rather have something that is either less harmless and enjoyable, compared to something that be hazardous to my health.

Although I say all this, I must first get over a weeks worth of Vaping to be regarded as a Ex-Smoker.

I think I may be able to Quit Smoking Now!!

For over a week now I have had about 6 days since Tuesday 12th of November, done. This is because I am using Rechargable Disposables. And am able to quit with Nicotine. Since when I was using Freebase for my own concoxtions.

I had done about nearly 5 days since the 12th and now since the 21st, at 1:40 AM.

Hoping to beat my 42 day done since towards the end of 2016.

Untitled, or should it be?

Due to me having no willpower at all, and it is nearing my birthday, I thought about posting this to try and get me to quit smoking, even if my heart is not in it. But alas, I should try tonight as tomorrow will be the 6th of September, and my birthday will be one month away on Sunday.

I will make my case known to the world. If you are finding it hard to quit smoking, never quit quitting. The more attempts you have at it, the more chance you will abstain from smoking for some duration of time, and the likelihood of this is that you will not have smoked in a while.

But if you have cut down your consumption, then this is good, as you will be less likely to start smoking again to the amount that you did. When you are certain that the vapouriser is working for you more and prefer sweet flavours over burning tobacco, you may have a better chance of reducing the amount you smoke.

I know I can do this, but what am I waiting for?

I have hardly been posting here or elsewhere for a while now. So, I need to get into gear and quit smoking. But alas, how can I do this if my heart is not in it?

I should have quit on the 2nd of April of this year, and it would have been one day and odd hours completed.

But since I knew that Mother just purchased a sleeve of cigarettes, I was dumbfounded into thinking I may have some. It only took one cigarette to get me hooked again.

But since it is a new day, I thought that I would try and quit again at 8 am. This would be ideal for me as all I have to do is stay on the vape until midnight and sleep the day through until 9 am, and then I would have done a day again.

I know it is doable but what are your thoughts.
